The Fractional Growth Consultant role exists to own growth thinking, challenge assumptions and ensure decisions are made with clarity, context and accountability. We operate as part of the leadership layer not as an agency, not as an external vendor.

How We Operate

1–3 days a week inside the team. Calls, channels, dashboards, decisions — the same workflow as a head of growth, just part-time.
First call when something is on fire. Not a monthly check-in.
Veto on spend decisions above a threshold the two of us set in week 1. Everything below that, the team owns.
